What’s it about?
Many companies use quality improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) in their manufacturing and operations functions, to improve their processes with excellent results. Meanwhile Sales and Marketing functions have been slow to embrace these tools and philosophies; this is partially due to the cultural change required, partially because markets are constantly evolving, and partially because there is no one size fits all solution.
What will I learn?
The course will help you to map your sales processes, and align them with your clients buying process. Using a framework, you will define which of your processes are important, and develop a route map to put improvements in place when you get back to the office.
